Bowman resident Jody Pendarvis and his UFO Welcome Center have attracted national attention in 2013 but so far no extraterrestrials. Pendarvis said he saw a UFO, or what he thinks was one, which prompted him to construct the second story of the center. “If you build it, they will come,” he said.
