TISSOT and UFO Robot Grendizer welcome the PRX Grendizer

A collaboration that celebrates the celebrated anime series and the Swiss brand’s watchmaking tradition.

Tissot‘s new Grendizer series merges two icons of the 1970s: the famous PRX and the Japanese anime super robot. The goal? To create a collector’s item that will become part of its history.

The TISSOT PRX Grendizer opens a new chapter and welcomes all fans of the genre to the fantastic world of popular manga culture, while those who were already fans can enjoy a new nostalgic but joyful journey.

Each and every detail is carefully considered, combining the vintage spirit of the PRX with the iconic elements of the series. It features a 40mm 316L stainless steel case and a blue dial, inspired by the Grendizer colour, which glows with a yellow Super-LumiNova bust of the robot hero. The Harken-style seconds hand and an engraved rotor complete this special collaboration, while the case in which it is presented follows a special design that pays homage to the Spazer, the main character’s ship.
