Intelligence advisor says ‘catastrophic disclosure’ about UFOs may be on horizon

Dr Steven Greer, founder of the Disclosure Project, claims to advise members of Congress and law enforcement about apparent covert Special Access Programmes (SAPs) which are allegedly being used to cover up the subject.

Greer says he is the Senior Adviser for Intelligence and Information for a group of law enforcement officials in Washington who aim to protect military whistle-blowers regarding UFOs.

“There is a guy very high up within the covert programme – he said we are going to do ‘catastrophic disclosure’. Huge and all at once that will catch the President and Congress flat foot,” Dr Greer stated this week.

The former emergency doctor has now rushed to make public all the information his group has in order to ‘prepare the public’ for what he says, is just around the corner.

“That is why I rushed to get the archive out – to prepare people for something much bigger which is coming.”

The Disclosure Project Intelligence Archive (dpiarchive.com) contains 112 named military testimonies and 600 redacted testimony from military officers regarding UFOs.

“We’ve got 151 black sites where operations have occurred. This is disclosure and it can be official when they (Congress) gets organized.

“This information is so critical and so timely, and we are providing it all to the public. 122 crash retrievals documented, many with named sources,” said Dr Greer.

“The projects that underlie this are illegal and unconstitutional. We ask people to support with some of the costs so we don’t have to use a paywall. We have had to use artists in some of the more recent documented cases.

“Some members of Congress don’t know these facilities are there. The underground bases. We have the details of where we build and test the man made UAP/UFOs and where (craft) come up from underground.

“Send members of your Government- whatever country you are in- a link to the website. Everything they will need is in there.

“Look, this is real. Here are 122 named whistle blowers. Not second hand people. The direct people,” Dr Greer stated.

The researcher describes the topic as being as ‘serious as a heart attack,’ and that there are many senior military sources waiting in the wings to come forward at the right time.

“The Senate Intelligence Committee had provided amnesty for high value whistle blowers to not be prosecuted for six months, but much of the teeth of the Disclosure Bill were taken out,” Dr Greer continued.

“I have people in these covert programmes who are furious. Two members of Congress killed the momentum.

“This needs to be investigated. There are people embedded in the system to stop disclosure. Now we know these folks.

“People in the covert programmes – very high up – want to come forward. The people in collusion with the cover up need to be called out,” Dr Greer claimed.

From June 20 onwards, apparently a three letter agency will be involved to provide protection for UFO whistle blowers.

“I’ve been working with the Goverment to put together a law enforcement effort.

“We need serious 24/7 protection for certain high value people who have worked in the Skunkworks (aerospace and technology facility), who have worked in the major corporations, people who managed illegal programmes for DOD (Department of Defence) off budget.

“I can’t say the agency but that protection is in place and effective from June 20.

“It’s like trying to get information off the mafia who would kill your whole family. This is not a conspiracy.

“One Chairman of a Fortune 50 corporation who has documents on propulsion system drawings and energy systems, he had a man come to him and tell him they would kill his whole family.

“Congress are slow to realize this is true.

“Luckily Special Ops know absolutely this is the case. From June 20 this powerful SAP will be active. Its a big game changer that hasn’t existed before.”

It is claimed that the officers on the verge of ‘whistleblowing’ are doing so ‘at the highest level’ and that they have information that can ‘change and shock the world over night.’

Lives are on the line, according to Dr Greer.

“Criminal files will be opened on anyone who pulls a dirty trick. It’s time to be on the right side of history. Special Forces and law enforcement know how serious this is.

“There’s a cell highly operational within the UAP programmes who are organizing to come forward. I met with them ten days ago.

“Grusch said people have been killed for coming forward. He said he needed a SCIF (secure compartmental information facility) to talk about this. You don’t need a SCIF to discuss criminal activities.

“A lot of these people want out- now we can protect them. Guys in the system are turning, it’s very exciting. We want to do this in a way that doesn’t collapse things,” Dr Greer added.

The doctor’s comments come just as the Vatican is preparing to release a document giving guidance on how to ‘discern supernatural phenomena.’

The Vatican Press Office announced the upcoming document will be published May 17 with a live-streamed press conference featuring Cardinal Víctor Manuel Fernández.

Fernández previously said the church is “in the process of finalizing a new text with clear guidelines and norms for the discernment of apparitions and other phenomena.”

An “apparition” refers to an instance in which a ‘divine entity — such as a saint, the Virgin Mary, or Christ — makes itself known’.

The concept is a recurring theme in the Bible and most Christian denominations affirm the belief that brushes with the ‘supernatural can still occur today in various capacities.’
