Maxx Crosby claims Las Vegas Raiders team plane was approached by UFO and says ‘the pilots had no idea what it was’

FANS were expecting a few good stories when Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby appeared on a popular radio show, but possibly not one that involved spotting a UFO.

Raiders defensive end Crosby told a simply wild tale about spotting the unlikely object – which was seen on the way home from a game in Miami.

Crosby was a guest on the “Jim Rome Show” and explained how he and his teammate, Andre James, love talking about UFOs and aliens.

“It’s real,” Crosby said of aliens.

“Like we were literally on a flight back from Miami, and we’ve seen a UFO with our own eyes.

“And that sounds crazy, but you can ask the pilots, anybody that was there.

“It was wild. And I seen it, and they had no idea what it was.

“There was nothing on the radar, nothing. And it was like a big shining light going in and out.”

Fans leapt on this unlikely story from Crosby and had their say on X, the site formerly known as Twitter.

“Military stuff. I keep seeing what looks like moving stars. They’ll disappear and then reappear,” one fan said.

“This is far out man,” another fan commented.

“He’s not wrong. If you can’t identify the object then technically it’s a UFO,” a third fan said.

In Crosby’s time with the Raiders, they’ve played the Dolphins in Miami twice.

The first game was in preseason before the 2022 season.

The Raiders then went to Miami last November, during the 2023 regular season.

Crosby amassed a career-high 14.5 sacks in the 2023 season.

It was the third year in which he recorded a double-digit sack total.

The Raiders finished the campaign with an 8-9 record, failing to make the postseason.

They will play the Los Angeles Chargers in their first game of the 2024 season.

The game is on September 8th, the first Sunday of the campaign.

A week later, the Raiders will take on the Baltimore Ravens.
